This is the hottest place in the Medellin vicinity to my knowledge. There might be some confusion getting a taxi to take you there. The pronounciation is basically "fa-say-does" where the "s" is like in 'sam' not 'zero'. I say this because some taxi drivers seem to have a hard time understanding where you want to go without a decent pronounciation. They will want to take you to Showgirls which is not as hot but just a couple blocks away and easier to get too. This place is in a vacant warehouse-oblivion neighborhood. it is not wise to walk this area. There are streetwalkers, including some hot-looking malecon until you get close enugh to see that she is actually a he (or was!). I don't travel that road, but knock yourself out. Ha.

Once you find the place, you will pay an entrance fee 10k(?) cop I think, and you will be padded down. This should make you feel better about the place and safer, not worse. There is one dancer most of the time, as it gets busier you will see 2 at a time and no pause between dancers. If you like sexy dancers and stipping, plan on going later, not earlier (11PM say). You will almost invariably see other gringos and europeans men there. You will also see some wives and girlfriends.

There are some very sexy girls here. There are some downright beautiful girls here. There are sisters and best friends. There are bi girls and flat-out lesbians. There are also many girl-next-door types. Its is something to see. As far as I know, all of the girls are there to provide full service, either at the (quite nice) rooms next door or at your hotel. They get a serious premium to go to your hotel. I was quoted 120k cop to 200k (she was an exception). Most will want 120k to 150k. As far as I can tell, she will get 2/3 of that and club 1/3, or something along those lines. They also collect tips after dancing and get kickbacks from your bartab (and whatever other tips you might offer).
