Ultimately unsatisfying return to the old dive

This review is of a visit to Bogarts on a Saturday night in mid-July, 7/16. Apparently I was in a super descriptive mood while scribbling out this review, so I hope you can find the solid info among the extra opinions about the place and the dancers.

Visited Bogarts, the club I've been to the most over the years, for the first time since the pandemic began. What with traveling for work, I've been to establishments in a number of different states in the past 18 months. Just hadn't visited the old stand by in forever.

So I was glad to see that pretty much nothing has changed. Cover still $5. VIP dances still mostly $20/song (more about that later), plus a one time charge of $10 to the house for a wristband good the rest of your stay. Miller Lite is up to $8 now, a slight rise from 2019, with an occasional buy one get one for $3 offer. The cigarettes smoke smell still gets into your hair and clothes if you're there any more than 15 minutes.
