Super chill staff and an underrated spot

Came in with low expectations because of the reviews, but I had a pretty solid time here!

First of all—it's right in the city. That's a huge plus for me. It sucks hauling out to the outskirts of town to hit a club that may or may not suck, especially if you don't have a car. So I hit this place up spur-of-the-moment after a few drinks at dinner.

Guy at the door was a young dude, super friendly. Entry was $16 which included bottomless soda. It's downstairs in a basement, which honestly gives it kind of a cool vibe. Inside has a boudoir kind of feel, lots of red decor and curtains. Small low stage up front with a single pole, surrounded by some basic stackable chairs and low top tables. Waitress brings me a Diet Coke and leaves me alone the rest of the evening.
