Centerfold's is a great place to go for a nice night out. It's not cheap so you have to plan ahead and plan to spend some money. I mostly recommend it as a good place to take a group or to take your girlfriend. They'll treat you well if you look like you have money (this is both a good and bad thing.)

I went there Saturday 11/18 and it was pretty crowded but you could still get attention (again, if you look like you have money or you have girls). Dances are standard, nothing special. Mostly go for the nice atmosphere, decent drinks, and classy night out.
