Cool Place, but too Rich for me, not worth it.

I was last at this location in January and since then there have been no other reviews. For a physical description of Silk City please refer to my previous review. With that said I do have one correction to make since my previous review. In January I stated that I believed this was a ficha bar but I was wrong. When you walk in Silk City, the main bar is towards the back. It is square and there is a stage and two stripper poles behind the bar. On Tuesday there was always a girl dancing on the stage. They are pretty strict about this and they change the girl every 10 minutes. This actually is really good because if you like watching Latin women with giant butts dancing, you will definitely be entertained. The other cool thing is that there is no dollar parade. When I say no dollar parade I mean none whatsoever. The girls get up they dance and then they get off the stage without ever approaching the patrons for tips. That is why I had wrongly assumed this was a ficha bar. Ficha bars used to be very popular and in them the girls would hustle guys for drinks and they in turn would get tickets that they could exchange for cash at the end of the night. It turns out I was wrong. When I inquired how the girls get paid if they don't go around for tips. I was told that the patrons if they are enjoying the show will just throw money at the girls. At first I found this odd. In most bars there is one guy who may do this but I could not imagine that this is the norm. After about 30 minutes I had seen several women go up on the stage and not get a single dollar, there were about 5 clients including myself. The clients seemed to be more interested in the baseball game than the girls. Then it happened; after the game some more patrons arrived, in particular a couple of Jamaicans who looked like drug dealers, a group of Albanians that were definitely mobsters, and some other assorted characters. These guys started to make it rain for these girls. They seemed to be competing for who could throw more singles in the air. The best and most entertaining part is that when these men would hurl wads of cash at the stage there was a flamboyant gay guy who would run around the stage gathering the money for the girls. Any money that landed on the stage or the floor he would give to the girls, but if it landed on top of the bottles or sink area he would give that to the bartenders of which there were 3. By the way the bartenders are dressed in sexy uniforms that are just as revealing as the strippers. So the entire system here is just to rely on whales. I did not see any area for dances but the girls would go to these whales after they got off the stage and dance for them by the bar and they would easily get another 50 to 100 dollars just thrown at them. In my opinion this is to rich for me and the girls are not that good looking to deserve being constantly showered with singles. These women range between 5 and 7 on a scale from 1-10. In all honesty I will probably not return for another six months.
