Adelitas or AB as it is often referred to as is the best known hooker bar in TJ. It's a must for newbies not familiar with the scene because it's very easy to go in, spot a good looking hooker you're attracted to and be upstairs having sex with her in minutes (although the quality of service may vary). I rarely go myself anymore though unless it's during the day or early afternoon/evening when it's not too crowded yet and the girls seem less aggressive and are more friendly and willing to negotiate. Usually by 8:00PM the place is packed like sardines and unless you know one of the mesaros getting a booth to sit in is almost impossible, especially on weekends. I'm lucky enough to know a few thus when I do make those rare appearances during peak hours I usually get seated right next to the stage.

You can always find a hottie there, but attitudes vary quite a bit. It's known for having some very shrewd sharks working there. Many of the girls are business only and want to get you upstairs and over with as fast as possible so that they can get back downstairs looking for their next "John". The more attractive popular hookers can easily go upstairs at least 20 times in one shift. I was once with a hot blonde around 2:00AM who told me I was her 23 (and last) customer of the night. When I played with her tits, she complained of soreness. When I banged her hard she moaned it hurt. So finally I just didn't care anymore and abused her until I was done. Not all are like this or business only, but you're much more likely to get the GFE treatment in any number of other clubs nearby.

You can watch some decent strippers doing their shows early evening or late afternoon. Some do dance later, but usually it's very hard to get a good vantage point. Both American and Mexican music is played, but much more Mexican. Full bar with reasonable drink/beer prices compared to the States, but as in all Zona clubs the girls will hit you up for "ficha" drinks which are much smaller and over double the price. You can also dance with the girls on the stage when the strippers are not performing.
