Bishops on a Thursday afternoon

My first visit to Bishops. I drove past it twice. It looks like a converted house and I never noticed the sign. It seems to have a small lot behind the building, but looks very tight. I parked on the street which seemed pretty easy to do. I was there during the day, looked safe to me.

As soon as you enter you are greeting by a very large bouncer asking for the cover $10. I think he gave me a bit of a check for weapons, etc. Everything is visable once you are inside. There is a bar in front of you, a stage in the middle to the right. It was more crowded than I expected from reading recent reviews, maybe 7 or 8 dancers visable and probably 15 -18 guys.

I first checked out the bathroom. Old and used but everything functioned and it was somewhat clean. I sat at the bar and got a diet coke ($5). The bartender was pleasant, but looked like she had lots of hard road on her. Most of the dancers were with customers. From a quick glance I saw a very wide range of dancers. I typically like a bit mature and not perfect. There were a few of those who were well below my scale. There were also 2 dancers that were fairly attractive and well built. I saw a mix of AA and caucasian, I am guessing mostly latina. Age range from mid 20's to one or two who may be 40.
