Slowly Friday Night in a Smoky Sports Bar
Was in town for business and decided to check this place out. It's a bit off the beaten path, but plenty of parking out front. The place has a long bar along the right side when you walk in and two stages to the right for the ladies.
Arrived around 10 pm on a Friday night and the placer was about half empty. There were about 8 dancers working but all in the 5-6 range. The drink prices were reasonable for central IN, roughly $4 for a beer. But the dance prices were an astonishing $40 ... for central IN?!
A young pretty, if slightly overweight, dancer sat down next to me at the bar and we chatted for a little while. Pleasant conversation but no chemistry, especially when she told me the dance princes. This is probably the only place left in the country that not only allows, but encourages smoking, with ash trays everywhere. Reminded me of an old school pool hall or sports bar.
