OK but not great.

I stopped by Columbus Gold Tuesday night at about 8:30. $10 cover at the door. The layout of the club hasn’t changed in years. When you first walk in the bar is to your left and it is a long bar with seating on all the way around. To your right is a room with a sea of tables and chairs with the stage on the far wall.

I sat at the bar and a Bud light was $5. There was a guy at the far end of the bar with about 4 dancer talking with him. I could not see any of them but could hear them. There was big fat guy the back of the room with 4 dancers talking to him. Then there were 2 guys at a table across the room with 4 to 5 dancers with them. One dancer was dancing on stage and couple were trickling out of the back room. The dancers were mainly white and on a scale from 5 to 9.

After about 15 minutes a dancer stopped by to talk. She was working on her PhD at OSU (yeah right), but was fun to talk to. I didn’t buy her a drink, or get any dances. I just wasn’t filing a fun vibe from the place, and decided to leave. As I was leaving, (9:30), about 5 cute girls came out of the back. Oh well, maybe next time.
