Budget friendly and relaxed club

I made my usual monthly jaunt to the Tennyson and found the talent to be about the same below average level as you would expect. Can’t beat the $10 cover + $20 for high mileage, full song dances though. Drink prices are fairly reasonable too. Really the Tennyson is like a hometown dive bar that happens to have strippers and you can sometimes find a diamond in the rough in terms of looks or service. This time was more of a service trip. I was approached by a rougher looking, though thin 30-something blonde who asked me for a dance. I figured what the hell. Not a ton of hustle or urgency here - dancers seem perfectly fine keeping to themselves or chatting up regulars for hours on end. But I suppose this is designed to be a more low-pressure place.

Anyhoo, I go back with her and I am offered some extra services at a great price. $40 for 2 dances + $50 tip. What a steal.

You really can’t beat this place for value. Just can’t expect anything approaching model-like looks.
