Hello, I am a dancer at the Ybor Strip. I switched over from the Tampa Deja Vu because I could no longer compete with the dancer "sharks" that run the club. I am much happier at Ybor Strip; the management treats us well and lets us keep a higher percentage of our earnings, versus the other local clubs. The music is not too loud and the dancers are friendly. The floor managers are there when we need them, but don't bother us while we're in the private rooms. They are planning a major remodel of the club, from the private rooms, stage, and dressing rooms, to converting the second floor (now just storage) to true VIP suites. We'll be getting a new outside entrance and parking lot too. I believe construction will begin around June, once the real heat of summer starts. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
