South American imports

I had the opportunity to be of the Dallas area and decided to pay a visit again to BDD, which I visited for the first time when I was in Dallas in January (for which I wrote review as well). Given that I had a great visit last time, my expectations were sky high for this 2nd trip. In hindsight, that was probably a mistake.

This time I visited on a Saturday evening at 8:30 PM. The cover charge was $3, same as last time when I visited during a weekday. This was indeed a surprise because most clubs in California have different rates for weekends and weekdays. I decided to skip the Beer girl at the entrance and proceeded to get a bottle of water from one of the waitresses. $6 for a bottle of water.

I was hoping to see a lot more people during this visit given that it was a weekend, compared to what I saw last time. However, the crowd was just about the same as what I had seen last time. I hung about until about 10:30 PM and the crowd did not increase. About 50% of the seats were empty.
