10 mi North...

10 mi North of Bloomington just off I-39 - yea, that's pretty well out in the boonies. The exterior is a featureless metal warehouse appearing building, but inside it is overdone with flashy decorations, lights and stage, big screen TVs (3 of them) and a fancy bar. I went there on a Monday evening with only about a half hour to spare but I was curious. Arrived just after 6 PM and they hit me for a $5 cover after very carefully checking my ID - (What's that about - it's been over twenty years since anyone mistook me for under 21?) There were 6 girls working and only from 4 to 10 customers while I was there, no girls were clear 10-s but only one was less than a 7. The ladies did circulate, occasionally, and I can't complain about their willingness to sit and talk. Several ladies did join me and were very willing just to visit - even after I passed on a private dance. Each girl said, things were usually busy on Thur thru Sat nights. Since I was going to be back in Bloomington a week later on a Thurs, I decided to return.

On Thursday I went through the same very close inspection of my ID - (still don't understand that!) and a $5 cover. At 7 PM the place was as dead as it was on Monday, but more girls. I stopped at the bar for my first drink and one of the girls from Monday(10 days before!) recognized me and came by to say, "Hi" - That was a pleasant surprise, expecially since she was one of the better looking ladies. By 9 PM things were pretty busy with 30 to 40 customers and about 12 -15 girls.

The ONE stage show is the usual 3 song, dressed, topless, nude routine and some of the girls will get a little wild at the tip rail - rubbing customer faces into tits and sometimes crotch - with no management interference, but the Bouncers were very present throughout the club. There were 2 "Managers" on duty - in white shirts with tie they each did a walkabout ever 20 mins or so - and about 6 "bouncers" constantly moving thru the club - very young men in black shirts and ties.

Private dances were:

1) a $20 "air" dance (one dancer said they get to keep all the money from those dances)- fully nude done along the west wall of the main room - with bouncers watching and very minimal contact (customers cannot touch dancers).
