Apparently a lot has changed in...

Apparently a lot has changed in 2 years. The upper part (the Dome, was a 70's/80's dance bar) is currently closed for remodeling (once again). Downstairs is a small room acting like a bar. The barmaid was friendly as was the only dancer there, but there weren't many other patrons and the place felt "dead."

Even though the dancer was very friendly and gave a great dance (with lots of grindage) at the barstool, I am going with an incomplete for the bar overall since the "main" part wasn't even open and they weren't at full staff.
