I was a longtime Follies dayshift regular but took a couple year break from clubs due to COVID. I’ve started back up over the past 6 months or so. I knew a couple old Follies favs came here so I thought I’d give this place a shot. The location is not very convenient and the outside is pretty crappy. But the inside of the club is fairly nice. Glitzier than Follies at first glance but many of the sofas are torn and could use repair. The layout is too open for me—I like hidden nooks and crannies. I’ve been here several times now, always dayshift. The club is deserted until 1:45-2:15 pm. That’s a big negative to me as I like to get in early and back on the road by 3-ish. It’s hard to do that here. Most of the girls here are not my type—I like the spinners. However there are just enough here to keep me coming back. The floor mileage isn’t like Follies but it’s good enough. The VIPs are small but private and the prices and performance are Follies-like. This place says it’s the new Follies—those of us that remember the real Follies know that’s not true but it’s the closest I’ve seen so far. I’ll keep coming back.
