Yet Another Hand In Your Pocket

It has been said by previous posters that going to Breathless at night is much like hitting up a traditional nightclub and, since I have no desire to put myself in that type of environment at this stage of my life, I continue to restrict my visits to the daytime hours. I stopped by shortly after opening on a Thursday early afternoon and prepared myself for the usual overwhelming and infuriating dollar train that always exists here, but it turned out to be a lot worse than I even anticipated.

First, a quick description of the place: they finally took down that outdoor covered area that they put up when they re-opened during the pandemic so you no longer have to walk underneath a large tent to get inside the joint. There are two seemingly equally sized rectangular shaped stages positioned parallel to each other with a walkway and rows of bar stools between them, and the VIP area is to the right of the front door with the more private booths (which I have yet to try) behind the very unprivate communal lap dance room. Men's room is in the far back to the right and is relatively clean.

As I eluded to before and as anyone who has ever been there already knows, the dollar parade is about as bad as you will ever see in this place. I stayed for a little more than a hour and pretty much the entire time, there were about 9 or 10 girls dancing between the two stages with a shift change every 15 minutes so you have to ready yourself to challenge the Guinness world record for most dollar bills distributed in less than 60 seconds. If that isn't bad enough, during each 15 minute stint, another 3 or 4 girls who have nothing better to do but sit at the bar and BS with each other or play with the phones decide to get up, walk around the bar to demand a $1 for no other reason than that they are physically in the building and them immediately return to their bar stools. There are WAY too many girls working during the early afternoon when you struggle to hit a dozen customers. But, wait it gets even worse...
