It’s been a while since I’ve visited Silver Cricket, so I thought I’d give it a go this past Saturday night. I arrived around 8pm. As has been noted before, parking is free, so that’s a plus. Lot seems safe enough. I paid the 10 buck entry fee and headed to the bar. First thing I noticed right off is that the club seems to have officially converted to an AA bar. There were maybe 12 dancers and I spotted about 2 that weren’t AA, so that has to be what you’re looking for. The club was dark and a little smokey. I ordered a $7 beer and settled in, but not for too long. There were a couple attractive girls working, but they weren’t ultimately my type. On girl, who had tape over her nips, stopped by and suggested some dances. She had a decent look to her, but I’m always turned off when a dancer goes straight to business. I appreciate a chat to see if we vibe, or at least she makes me think we vibe haha. She left and for a bit, I regretted not taking her to the VIP. I spent another 10-15 minutes nursing my drink and seeing if anyone else peaked my interest. Only one other girl came up, but she was even less my type. She had both her cheeks pierced, which I don’t find attractive at all. I considered ordering another beer and waiting for taped nips to come back around, but I decided to cut my losses and head to Bogarts, which turned out to be a much better option. Never had much luck at the cricket.
