My New Favorite Club in Town

Haven't been to Odyssey in three years and almost didn't go tonight based on some of the prior reviews. But I am glad I decided to go check it out for myself. It has always been one of my favorite clubs in Tampa. I've been going here for 30 years and it has had its ups and downs. Had three of my top ten favorite club experiences here, so I was hoping it had come back strong post-Covid.

I arrived at 9:45 and found a parking spot right in front of the club. There is not a lot of parking there, so not sure where you would park if it was late in the evening and the lot out front was full.

There was a $30 cover for the Wednesday special, which got you into the club and waived the fee to the private dance area. Typically you have to pay $6 every time you take a dancer to the private area. More on that later. I asked if they had a military discount and to my surprise, she said "yes, its free, enjoy". She gave me a wrist band that let the guy at the private dance area know that I did not have to pay the fee.
