Not good, not good at all

I've heard about this place in Hawthorne and thought I'd check it out since it isn't too far from where I live. I walked in on a Friday night around 11pm. The place is in an odd residential location with street parking. Walking in, there's a bar to the right next to a small lap dance area with poles. There were 3 or 4 girls dancing, a few girls at the bar talking to what appeared to be regulars, and a friendly bartender. I ordered a beer, and one of the dancers sat next to me. She looked to be in her 40 or 50s, overweight...a 2 out of 10 is being nice. The rest of the dancers weren't much better, 3s and 4s, and the vibe was quite depressing. On a Friday night, was hoping for a bit more activity. I stayed for a bit hoping something would change, but I couldn't stand it much longer. I didn't even finish my beer, and I headed out with a bunch of money unspent in my pocket. I have no intention to go back with the other great options not too far away.
