Pacers is one of the best spots in SD because they allow single-song dances, unlike any other place in town that I know of. The crowd is always cool, laid back on weekdays / partying hard on weekends with a definite club type vibe - great for partying with your girlfriend. Usually the dancers are ok, and sometimes you can come across some gems here. Great spot, considering the city.
