Never felt so ripped off!

1) Girls SCAM and LIE about services and managers are in on it

Talked to a girl about extras and a price was determined prior to booking a vip room. When the time began, she was just texting her friends and refused to get off the phone. Talked to the management about this and they did not care. Apparently this happens a lot and they play dumb and take your money. They will deny that they do so but it is a lie. They just want to separate the money from the customer at any cost.
