First time to a club in WA. Great experience overall

I've lived in WA for a few years but never visited a club here. My first and only SC experience prior was on a trip to Vegas a couple years ago. I had a great time at Fox's and I'm sure that one guy will call this a shill ad but he seems skeptical of anyone who goes somewhere and has positive things to say. Anyway I had a great time. Overall better than my Vegas experience. How much of that is because I knew a little bit more of what to expect and how much is that I liked this club better, I don't know. Probably a little of both.

Anyway, I was driving through Tacoma on a Friday night and realized I had some time to spare so I finally checked out Fox's. Parking lot was pretty packed but there are a few places that use that parking lot and obviously I can't tell you if it was more or less crowded than usual inside. Cover was $22. For some reason that's a $10 cover charge and $12 for "bottomless" drinks. Why not a $2 cover and $20 for the drink? Or why not a $22 cover but you get a free drink? Well whatever I paid $40 and automatically got the change in singles which I appreciated.

Inside there are two stages and both were active. I sat down in a chair at one and was immediately accosted for a dance. I don't remember her name but she didn't seem like my type. I tried saying something like "I just sat down let me ease into things" but she didn't seem to like that answer. It probably didn't help that I asked her about prices (maybe I led her on?) because I genuinely didn't know and I wanted to see if it varied from girl to girl. She said it was $40 for a dance. I told her I needed some time at the stage first and I guess she figured out I wasn't interested.
