Yes, you pay $60 for access to the booths and then have you choice of women. When I went in the afternoon on Tuesday there was 4 women to choose from. I’d say ranking from a 3 - 5 but again it’s not the playboy mansion so I didn’t expect anything more.
When you get in the booth you negotiate depending on what you’re looking for. I was in and out within 20 mins and got exactly what I was looking for.
