Definitely my favorite strip club in Phoenix regardless of the time of day. Id say 90% of the girls I've encountered give high milage lap dances even on the floor. VIP is pretty much a guaranteed LDK. The girls range from medium-ugly to super sexy so hard to give them an overall rating, but it's easy to find something you like. They're a nice mix of white, black, and Hispanic as well (tho most of the black ones only work at night).
My last visit was a couple fridays ago. My cousin was in town for his bachelor party. The bouncers, bartenders, and strippers were all super nice to our entire group. We all had a really good time. We stayed till close, and then went to jaguars. One of the strippers, was having such a good time with us that she road with us to jags and gave me dances there too (but in street clothes since she doesn't work there).
