Kind of a Bust

Had to make an overnight trip from north Florida to SW Florida and back the next day. I’ve visited many of the clubs in Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater before, but never in Pasco County, so I made a few quick stops and will post brief reviews.

Some details to start: Visited Brass Flamingo on a Saturday afternoon from 4:30-5:00. Free parking in a paved lot. No cover, security, ID check, or COVID protocols. Bottled water was $4.00 at the bar. Music was pretty standard rock, played by a DJ.

This is a lower-end, mid-sized club with one large square stage with a pole, and a second pole adjacent to a very small, circular satellite stage attached to a corner of the main stage. The stage is in the middle of the room (not far from the bar), with rolly chairs all around it. There is a second, small satellite stage near the bar. The bar has about 10 seats, and there is ample seating all around the room – high-tops, regular tables, and padded-bench seating around the room’s perimeter. It’s really a decent set-up for a strip club.
