1st Visit since 2019
Haven’t visited this place since 2019 . Some things have changed, and some are the same. Upon entering, I paid $50- $25 for door fee and $25 for VIP area (i.e., completely nude dances). Metal detector and pat down and then I was in.
The club is spacious, although there were a fair number of seats than I remember since my last visit. The club has since installed cabanas with beaded curtains, which I believe is to where dancers often try to upsell. At least one of the three cabanas seemed busy. Perhaps I missed the memo, but I also do not remember Austin or Texas allowing indoor smoking again; the place reeked of cigarette. There was a haze in the air which easily dries one out. Club lighting seemed very active, often flashing patrons and dancers directly in the eyes with moving lights. The music was 90’s and early 00’s, a move from when they played a good deal of rock-n-roll under different management. (A dancer did let me know that they recently fired their DJ and replaced them with their bartender.)
At this hour, there were about 15-20 patrons, many sitting in groups. Aside from the three active stages, there were at least 10 other dancers. As the night continued, the number of dancers seemed to increase proportionately to the number of patrons leaving. In my opinion, the dancers could be divided into three categories equally in number: (a) average; (b) petite spinner type; and (c) thicker, bustier type.
