Saturday afternoon @ Playhouse Lounge

i took advantage of some long overdue home repairs to make a trip to Home Depot this saturday, which also gave me the opportunity to make a long overdue visit to the Playhouse Lounge. The lack of normal social life and traveling due to the ongoing pandemic has really put a crimp in my clubbing activities, so it was great to get out.

I normally visit the big pink building in Burlington during the business week so this was an unusual weekend afternoon trip, but it didnt look too different from the last few times i stopped in, besides noticeably fewer customers and maybe slightly fewer dancers. At this time of day there was no one working the door, so i just slid on in and grabbed a seat across from the restrooms. Paid the $10 cover and got a bottle of water. The long rectangular bar has two stages inside of it. Dancers start out closest to the front door and move to the back stage for the second song. I usually try to sit towards the back since that is where the dancers are at their minimum state of dress, but this visit I sat up front since this is where all the empty seats were. Its been mentioned before, but there really isn't much of a stage show, most of the dancers just shuffle around to the music, looking sexy, while undressing. I don't care that much, it works for me. The real action is in the up close and personal dollar parade (expect 2 or 3 per dancer) and in the private dance rooms.

I didnt bother checking the lineup via text, since I am seldom disappointed with the selection of dancers, but sometimes disappointed when the one you really wish would make it over to you is too busy giving privates. The dancers on saturday were a mix of the older (but still serviceable) and a few newer, slightly younger ones. Cayene, Andrea, and Lucy were as usual making the rounds, Kiera was typical sexy and friendly and i would have taken her back, except a new girl I had never met was giving me smoldering looks while she was dancing and I decided to wait for her. Turned out she was Annie - cute, younger, nice body. I still haven't met her, because just as she was making her way over to me, Taylor lands in my lap and I was unable to resist her bar side charms. Taylor has the looks of a fitness model Barbie - long blond hair, large man mades and great body overall. Turns out she is a lot of fun in private too and I will definitely be trying to see more of her. I was done in 2 dances (at $30 each plus a generous tip) and I really wanted to keep her for 4 or 5 dances but I lost that round.
