Satruday Afternoon at Blaze
After a disappointing visit to Rain, I stopped by Blaze since I was in the neighborhood. Arrived at 4:30 parking lot was crowded but found a spot. No cost for parking for cover, somehow the bouncer remembered me from one of the list times I was here many moons ago.
Walk in and this day it was pretty live on the top floor (there are two as mentioned in several reviews). Top floor has a bar, main stage, booths for bottle service and pool tables in the back. Bottom floor has similar except the main stage is smaller and there is more spaces to get dances and no booths. There are two VIP rooms behind curtains but I did not inquire and in the times I have been here, I have never been upsold. One day I'll be curious enough to see but not today (if you have any intel and don't mind sharing, hmu). Side note, beer was $5
I typically hang out downstairs as there are usually places to sit, and only go upstairs to see who is making the rounds. I got dances from 5 girls, LDs here are $5/song. Most of them were pretty good, nothing special to write home about, but there is liberal touching allowed by many of the girls so that's a plus but they spent most of the time with their back to me and the grinds were only okay. One thing to watch out for especially with $5 clubs is the song count, the songs are typically cut shorter with the DJ talking at various points so it can be difficult to lose track. Side note #2...the DJ here is annoying...really annoying yelling a guys to tip the stage upstairs and other stuff. So what I do is tell the girls to let me know when we to certain dollar amounts (10-20) and I decide to keep going for another increment or not it's worked for me here. It's a black club but there are all shapes, sizes and tones here. Left around 7:00
