More than I expected

I arrived on a Tuesday, about 1:00 PM. The place is around back of another business which at the time I arrived wasn't much of an issue, but I could see how it could cause a bit of chaos at night. The lot was well over half full, though there was only two other customers inside when I got in there. Most of the parking was for the number of girls that were in there practicing as well as a few girls trying out new moves and routines and to be added to the roster. There was no one working the the door, or the little cash register that every club has in its dark cubby right at the door. The was no security at all visible that afternoon, yet the place felt secure, almost homey. A couple of the girls told me that they've done a great job recently taking care of them and helping them feel safe rather than hovered over. It certainly had a neighborhood bar vibe going.

The layout of the place is a little unusual from other establishments that I have gone to. Immediately as you walk in there is a two pole stage in the middle of the floor with no pervert's row around it. To the left is the bar area that extends down the entire front area wall. As you go deeper into the club, there is a second one pole stage and a scattering of tables along with the "Strip Clubs R Us Standard Working It" arm chairs. VIP is curtained off in the back, neatly hidden behind what the girls called "Pervert Ally". The overall decor is, well... it's a strip club. It's dark tones, dim lighting and a little dank unlike the lunatic Vegas style of, help us all, the bedlam of South East Asia clubs. Mercifully, the music isn't in your face loud.

The 20 or so girls were taking up a good chunk of the seating, and the bar, studiously ignoring the world while waiting for their regulars or quietly chatting. The two girls on, one on each stage area, were shuffling foot to foot and moving as little as possible mostly because no one was paying any attention to them, including the naked one. Frankly, there weren't enough patrons to really make a difference for the poor girls up advertising. I was kind of shocked that they kept two girls up at all times while I was there.
