Background:

Eight years ago, the Pink Pony signed a seven year deal with the then newly-formed city of Brookhaven so that they could continue operations despite the radical sexually oriented business ordinance drafted immediately after becoming a city.

Brookhaven has renewed the Pink Pony lease for 2022 and is still on a year to year basis. This will probably end when the developers decide to start construction in the area.
