The good voters of Seattle rejected...
The good voters of Seattle rejected the 4-foot/bright light rules!! So it should be back to normal at Ricks. Hopefully some of the girls who left the state when the new rules loomed will find their way back home to Ricks, as the talent level was seriously starting to slip.
It will be interesting to see if new clubs start to open (potentially diluting talent levels), now that the moratorium is off and the zoning rules don't prohibit new clubs. The City Council will be scrambing to write new zoning rules to keep new clubs away from certain areas. But until then, some new clubs are expected to try to open. Either way, Ricks won't be going anywhere for a long while - the owners invested a ton of cash to get the 4-foot rules rejected.
