The Barrel, located off a main road, is a friendly, neighborhood strip club. While nothing fancy, it is comfortable, and I've had pleasant interactions with other customers. I had a little time to kill early on a Sunday evening, so I stopped by, hoping to get a private dance.
The dancers that night, as on previous visits, were attractive and sexy. If I had to rate them, I'd give them a 7-8. I was there long enough to tip a couple of the dancers at the stage, but I found the experience rather impersonal.
The girls do make a point of mingling with the customers, but it apparently helps to be a regular. The dancers would leave the dressing room and go straight for certain customers. I don't mean that as a knock on the girls. It makes sense for them to pay more attention to the guys they have seen more often. I typically go to The Barrel in the afternoon, when it's less busy, and I found the dancers to be a bit more attentive on those visits. If I went more often in the evenings, I'm sure I'd have a different experience--eventually. But The Barrel isn't my go-to club. And, as you may have guessed, I didn't get my private dance that night. But I will try again.
Still, it's a good club with beautiful girls, and it's reasonably price. In my book, that makes it worth a visit.
