If only the dancers were worthy of the unique club layout.

I went to CaBaRet II because of the people rating from this site. Maybe I don’t fully understand this rating. I thought it was about the quality, including attractiveness, of the dancers. But based on the dancers I observed, this cannot be the case. In the comments can someone please clarify what the “people rating” is about?
