Quintessential Portland strip club?

Is Casa Diablo the quintessential Portland strip club? There is certainly an argument for it; the club is weird, grungy, friendly and accepting. But I’ll leave the debate about whether it is the ultimate Portland strip club to the natives. As an outsider, my first impression of Casa Diablo is that it is a roadhouse that could be found off I-80 in the middle of Wyoming. This is due to the remote location (it is in an underpopulated part of Portland), the fact that there is just one main road coming in and out of the area, and the overall biker feel. Once I got settled in, some of the more Porlandia features became apparent including the vegan menu (this would not fly in Wyoming), the variety of the female form on display, and the sense that most of the assembled were a little high.
