Fun at DD with the lights out

This review is from a visit in mid December so I’m very late in writing it but the memory remains. I was traveling to South FL and having some fun at the Pompano Beach area clubs. I spent some time at Cheetah in the early afternoon but it was a little slow and I didn’t see any of my favorites so I left after an hour. I usually hit DD after Cheetah if things are slow for some guaranteed fun.

When I arrived at DD this visit there didn’t seem to be many cars in the parking lot which surprised me for 4:30pm. I parked and walked up with $2 in hand and the parking guy says “have to let you know the power is out”. I said are you closed and he replied “no but there’s no music or A/C”. I decided to enter anyway and check it out since no cover charge.

The club has been described many times and no different when it’s extra dark but bathrooms to the right when you enter and club area to the left. There’s a long bar along the back wall as you keep walking to the left and then another bar to the back directly across from a three pole stage and seating around bar and stage. The private/VIP rooms are along the far left wall.
