I have read reviews of this place that claim it is anti tourist or whatever and it can probably be that way at times. I lived there at the time so being a local you do get treated a little differently. I became somewhat of a regular and had my favorite girls. Some girls are extremely forward about the VIP and others are just there to dance and won't even let you touch. The girls I had a good rapport with were totally ok with touching, within reason of course you still have to be respectful. Management isn't too pushy but it honestly depends who is working, the actual club owner is a woman and she will virtually kick you out I'd you aren't buying girls drinks or using the VIP room. Overall I usually had a great time and as long as you aren't a creep you can have as much fun as you want, again depending on the girl.
