Small But Fun

Flasdancers Midtown is conveniently located for anyone staying in the Times Square area. It is a SMALL club - and actually easy to miss from the outside. Inside it is SMALL -- but nicely appointed, clean and friendly. The club will ask for your proof of vaccination and cover was $20. Mandatory coat check as well -- $3

There is a bar area to the right - the bar basically is standing room only with two small satellite stages that the girls rotate through. To the left is the 'seating' area and that has a combination of tables and booths which reminded me of a 70's era diner furniture. The 'hostess' directed me to one of the small tables in the seating area. Larger stage in the middle of this room with two girls doing 2-3 song sets. All the girls took their tops off right away when they got on stage but almost no one did any stage tipping (which I've heard is normal for NYC)

The feel of the club is tiny - partly due to the low ceiling and partly due to the fact that its tiny - but it also has a fun vibe going on - music was a nice mix at a comfortable level so you could talk to folks without shouting. (Don't get me wrong - I love a loud dance mix but not when I'm trying to figure out how much you're charging me for your services!)
