My 80th birthday bash.

I'm not sure how to write this without sounding like a club ad and bragging a little but here goes.

Barry, the manager, knew ahead of time that today was my birthday and made it memorable experience.

I arrive about 12:30PM on Thursday, Jan13 on my 80th birthday. Deion, the door guy, removed the cones from the handicapped parking spaces so that I could park right by the front door. There is ample parking for the club but I do enjoy not having to walk so far and knowing that my car is more protected. He waived me in with no charge. Normally it is $10. He did pat down the guy that came in just in front of me.

This is a 2 story club but the upstairs is normally blocked off because the club does not yet have enough customers to warrant keeping it open. I went down stairs and Barry and Jen, the bar tender, immediately yelled "Happy Birthday". I continued on to the men's room. They have been having plumbing problems with flooding in the men's room but I'm happy to say that doday eveything was operational. The troll had not yet set up shop.
