I was eager to check out the new Flashdancers Midtown as I had frequented the predecessor club, Private Eyes. As expected, the setup was pretty much the same. You walked in and there was a cashier and the bar was to the right. There is a small stage right across from the bar. Then there is a doorway across from the bar that leads to the Main Floor where you have the stage and the lap dance area. By Manhattan standards, it is a small club. You feel like you are in a local strip club off the highway in Long Island somewhere.

The stage is in the middle of the room and there are chairs surrounding the stage. I was alone that night so I just sat next to the stage. There were also a lot of small tables and chairs in the room. And towards the back of the room, there was a sectioned-off small VIP seating area that was nothing special. Seemed like just an attempt to sell bottles. Behind the Main Room was a semi-private lap dance room and beyond that, there were expensive private rooms. In fact, the private rooms in this club are even more expensive than the larger gentlemen's clubs in Manhattan.

However, for a smaller club, the girls were quite hot. Flashdancers use to be on Broadway where the new Sapphire Times Square is now. Flashdancers Broadway was always known for its tall Russian model types. They still had some of these tall Russian and Eastern European women with slim lean bodies. There was also a mix of other ethnic types including some Latin and Asian girls. Not the type of dancers that you can have a good conversation with, but some hot bodies for a good grinding lap dance.
