If you like Grannies, Playhouse is for you.

I took a drive down to this place after reading some other reviews and I have to say that I was utterly disappointed. This is a pink building on the highway. Once inside there is a large rectangular bar, bathrooms are along the left and are clean. There are booths for dances throughout the perimeter. The bartender collects $10 which includes 2 drinks, Red Bull is $14 instead of $10. The “girls” are mostly way past their prime. There were 2 good looking girls under 30 years old. By good looking I am not saying they were hot. But relative to the grannies that make the majority of the dancers they seemed good looking. If either had been at a place like Hitching Post they would be the ugliest girl in the place. I have to admit some of the dancers had great bodies and you can tell they were hot 20-30 years ago. The girls would dance one at a time and then go around the bar. Dances are $30 but I couldn’t bring myself to get one. The fact is these women are just not good looking. Why would I pay $30 for an unattractive middle aged woman? Strip clubs are supposed to be about fulfilling fantasies. Playhouse just fails to deliver in this aspect, I will not return and cannot recommend Playhouse Lounge.
