A bit expensive, but a great experience..

So work obligations brought me back to the Chicago/Wisconsin area after a bit of a hiatus, so I decided to check out the local action. It had been a few years since I spent several nights in the Chicago area, so this review covers two consecutive weekday evenings (Monday and Tuesday).

I'll be honest and say my first choice was not this club - it was a couple of ones that ended up being closed (H.B.'s and one other) - so this was my #3 choice. I had also thought about returning to a couple of clubs in South Chicago - but the distances and traffic were more than I wanted to deal with, having a hotel closer to the airport.

That said - Rick's is in a fairly safe/somewhat upscale neighborhood, across the street from a large WholeFoods. You can find some nearby street parking if you are persistent. I believe they may offer valet too, but I am not sure. I didn't want to mess with that.
