Well, about time for my quarterly update on PaperMoon and related action in the DMV area.

As mentioned in previous posts, the main benefits of Papermoon are consistently high quality of the ladies, and very generous options (physical contact) in the VIP's, depending on the lady in question. It's also a fairly safe area, free parking, you are walking distance to several bank ATM's, a gas station/convenience store (right across the street), and a McDonald's (3-5 min walk).
