Slow week, so why not...

It was a slow week at work with the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday (Happy Thanksgiving you turkeys) I decided to give it a try since it had been a couple of months...had to go back to look. To be honest not much has changed since that September review. I hate to say it but unless they are getting good nighttime or weekend business, I don't see how the girls or the club can survive if it is so slow on day-shift...again recognizing it is a holiday week. Anyways...

There were very few cars in the parking lot on this visit. The regular door guy wasn't at his post and the "new" guy had me completely empty my pockets and then take off my mostly rubber G-Shock watch. I don't want to read too much into that level of scrutiny but it made me wonder about the fairly recent law enforcement visits and the club perhaps trying to screen for undercover officers? Once inside, I went straight to the back and restroom which was clean and staffed. The inside of the club has been described many times but on this visit only the "main stage" which is the first one you see coming in had any action. The bigger bar had 4 customers and the back bar only one. As usual the high-top tables were all marked reserved and for bottle service and were mostly occupied. (I will sit at one sometimes and see if the waitress asks me to move) I knew I wasn't going to stay more than about an hour so I didn't bother. The waitress was very pleasant and had my bottle of water and coke to me quickly -$12 before tip. Higher than I've ever remembered paying but who knows.

The crowd was light as the parking lot had indicated with 14 other customers, almost all older white guys, a couple of blue color looking younger white guys,one black and one asian customer. Please don't read too much into my notation on customer make up...some folks just want to know what the vibe is like. There were 18 dancers on the floor as well as a shot girl and a girl in street clothes that was sitting at different high tops. She gave one guy a bit of a back massage but it didn't look "real". The girls were mostly white with 1 black and 2 hispanic dancers. Quality was down even further from my September visit with nothing really over a 7 that I spotted. There was one dancer that kind of caught my eye but she didn't get on stage or circulate at all. She looked new, had no tattoos or piercings and seemed nervous with lots of giggly laughing. She did move from one high top to another in the hour I was there but I didn't see her give any dances.
