Back to normal but that's not a good thing

Well I visited Cheeks for the first time since the COVID War began and it did seem quite busy for a Saturday night. In fact, I'd say it was busier than any time I visited in 2018 or 2019, so I would imagine that is due to guys getting tired of being cooped up in their house for almost two years and feeling the need to get out and look at some young girls in thongs and bras LOL. Sadly, the lively atmosphere was still not hiding the fact that the friendly attitudes of dancers at Cheeks is a distant memory.

The cover is $10 and I'm not sure if they still scan IDs at the door since I was chatting up the door guy and didn't pay attention to what the door girl was doing with my ID. Gut feeling tells me they are still scanning IDs to keep a database of any trouble-makers they need to ban from the club. I walked in and didn't notice the beer girl at the front door like there always was before, which is weird because I always bought something from her. So anyway, I can't function inside a strip club unless I got a tasty beverage in my hand so I head straight to the bar and sit down. There is a cute blond bartender but I quickly find out she got a snooty attitude and pretty much ignores me for five minutes even though I have ten dollars laid out on the bar for a drink. I never got her name but I could care less since she is bitch-made to the bone and I've deal with her type before, the kind of female that probably used to be a stripper but got a really bad attitude towards men and thinks we're all disgusting cheap pigs. She finally asked what I wanted but mostly just gave me a dumb look like I was supposed to kneel and say "so sorry, would it bother you too much to fetch me a tasty drink, me lady?". Seriously though, why hire these cold skanks when the a friendly attitude brings customers back to the club and generates bigger tips. You're a barmaid at a strip club so know your lot in life! I got along ordering drinks from the two male bartenders so luckily it was just Snotty Barbie being the annoyance.

Sadly, the classic "Cheeks Debbie Downer Parade" was in full swing, which meant pretty young girls would endlessly walk around the stage like stoned cattle and try to attract attention from customers, at least that's what I think they are trying to do. I've been coming to this place for ten years and back around 2011 and 2012 I would walk in and immediately be met by friendly girls who would sit in your lap and and say "hi, whats up" and "care for a dance, sweetie?". Those glory days are long gone. Something happened, not sure if it's the younger generation or what, but Cheeks girls are just not friendly anymore. They basically ignore you all night, and expect you to walk up to them and beg for a dance and it's up to them if they will indulge you or not. I don't why this sad trend happened but it ruined this place for me.
