This visit began around 2 on Thursday afternoon and went until around 4. Free parking and $10 cover at the door. Upstairs was sadly closed, still. The volume is starting to increase such that having the upstairs open should be possible. It might even have the potential to be a VIP lite area much like the upstairs at Mardi Gras was years ago?
