Jacked up prices with low mileage

Very different experience than when I was here in July and had a fantastic time with two girls in the VIP room. I drove to the club and headed in around 9:30pm. They girl at the desk asked if I had a reservation. Seriously? I've never heard of having a reservation at a strip club. She said cover was $50! WTF. I paid $20 in July. Turns out one of the biggest conferences was in Vegas that week - SEMA. So they jacked the prices way up for that. I reluctantly paid the cover and went inside. I should have taken the clue and run.

I went to the main bar at the front of the club and ordered a bourbon. I then took a table near the center main stage which is directly out from the main bar. The table had a reserved sign on it, but I just turned it face down and no one tried to move me out of it. The place was pretty full, but there were a lot of dancers in the club due to the conference in town. Most girls were attractive, ranging from 6-9. I saw a pretty brunette and made eye contact. She came over and after some small talk I decided to get a lap dance to see if she might be worthy of a private dance. Laps were $40 apiece which is way over priced. She gave an OK dance, but not great. I tried a few more laps, one from a tall Russian girl and one from a blonde from North Carolina. Both were OK, but still not great. Finally, I got a dance from a girl from San Francisco. She gave a great dance and I decided to go to the half-hour room. The price for the room was again jacked up from what I paid in July, but this girl was hot and I was really looking forward to a good time. I generally don't pay more than $400 unless it is OTC. But I paid her the $800 and $250 to the house for some overpriced drinks. The first thing she did was text her friend who came by and they tried to get me to pay another $800 for her friend to join us. I declined. What followed was probably the worst value I have ever received in a strip club. I got more mileage in the $40 lap dance. She talked for half of the time and gave a tepid dance the other half. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted another half hour.

All in all it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I had so much fun on my last trip to Sapphire. My recommendation is never go during a week when there is a big conference in town. The girls are out to capitalize on guys who will not likely be back any time soon.
