Not being from Tulsa, this area is sketchy. It is a rundown neighborhood about 10 miles from the city.
Cliental was your typical working-man's dive bar.
Bartender also appeared to be a dancer, or at least she will flash you for tips.
$5 cover after 5PM.
Only a few girls. Mostly they were sitting together smoking. Or, there would be one on stage. No tip rail, but the occasional person "made it rain".
Bartender comes around when sitting with a girl. She offers the VIP room (girl does not sell it herself). VIP room was a small area in the back.
For tips, everything is possible back there.
Would I go back? Maybe if I want to smell like smoke - and have a sure thing in the back. Otherwise, nahhh.
