Monday night at V Live

I flew into Atlanta Monday evening and wasn’t ready to head to my hotel so I arrived at V Live around 7:30. Neighborhood had a bunch of new condos and restaurants, which was somewhat surprising. Self park, no fee. Friendly bouncer at the door, $10 cover and quick pat down.

Main floor was downstairs from the entrance with a bar on the long wall. Decor was clean, fairly nice, looked like a nightclub. I grabbed a seat at the bar, ordered a beer from friendly bartender, I believe it was $5. If it matters to you I was the only white guy in the place, customer or dancer. Didn’t bother me at all and I didn’t catch any looks, everyone was welcoming.

Approached right away by a very cute, slim AA dancer in her early 20’s. Big smile, very outgoing. We talked for a while and is asked her what the scoop was on dances. She said it was $10 for dances anywhere on the floor (didn’t mention VIP). For $10 I wasn’t going to grill her on rules so I agreed and she dropped her clothes and started. Good grind, mutual touching, no stick shifting but overall a nice time for $10 a song. Songs seemed full length, we did five or six and she seemed very happy with a $10 tip. We did a shot together, I think it was $20 for both, and she was on her way.
