Uneventful Thursday Night

Last couple of trips to the other big club have been lame so we decided to visit Sapphire. Called for a car (it was 4 of us) and told it would be at least a 30-minute wait. We didn't feel like waiting so we hopped in a cab and 10 minutes later we were at the club.

No line, which was nice. $50 cover for each of us wasn't so great, but whatever.

For those who have never been to this club, it's huge and feels like a ceiling however it seems to have a lot of wasted space. The front bar is completely occupied by dancers who completely boxed out. If you want to get a drink you have to push past dancers. It's annoying. Had 3 different dancers ask me to buy them a drink while I tried to order one for me. The bar at the back was empty but the bartender seemed more interested in taking orders from servers than making drinks for customers. So I guess the club prefers customers to use the front bar.
