Back After LONG hiatus and PH Does Not Disappoint

Finally was able to get back the Playhouse Lounge last week. It was my first time there since Jan/Feb timeframe of 2020. I remember I was going to go there sometime in late Feb or early Mar of 2020 but COVID was all in the news in China and cases were just starting to pop up in the US. I elected to not go figuring that Playhouse probably wasn't my smartest move if something deadly and contagious was going around. That was like 20 months ago. During that time I know the club was closed down for a time, but I've been hoping to return since I heard it opened. Unfortunately, Playhouse Lounge was always something I fit into my work schedule, but since the pandemic I've been working from home, and I don't live close to PH Lounge. Last week the opportunity to pop in finally arose...

Playhouse Lounge still posts a schedule, except now you have to text message the club for it. I'm not sure why they just can't post it on their website like they always did, but they don't. I texted for the schedule and I saw some familiar names on it, though no where near the quantity of girls this club used to employ. Oh well, there are a least two on the list (Andrea and Tatianna) that I know I can't go wrong with. I drive to the club, it's a pink builiding on Rt 130 in Burlington, NJ. The parking lot is not private, but I live no where near the club so privacy is not a concern of mine. The parking lot is somewhat empty for a late week, late afternoon visit, but that's OK by me.

Once inside, nothing has changed. The bar is extremely dark, your eyes need time to adjust. I see Tatianna is on stage. I sit down near my normal spot. The bar is fairly empty, but I see a lot of untended drinks meaning that patrons are in the CD rooms. The bartender, the same one as pre-pandemic, collects my $10 cover and brings me a soda. Normally, I bring my own 6 pack of beer (place allows BYOB, but not hard alcohol), but today I was without. I was planning to wait for Andrea. She's a can't miss. Not the hottest girl in the bar, but I know her, we have good chemistry, and she's fun. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing her even though she was on the schedule.
